We reserve the right to cancel any booking if payment is not received by the specified deadline.

Cancellation policies vary by tour package and will be specified at the time of booking.

Cancellations must be made in writing (email or letter) to be valid.

Refund amounts depend on the timing of cancellation and may be subject to administrative fees.

No refunds will be provided for no-shows, early departures, or unused services during the tour.

We recommend purchasing travel insurance to protect against unforeseen cancellations.

PahadYatra reserves the right to modify tour itineraries, accommodations, or services due to unforeseen circumstances, weather conditions, natural disasters, or other factors beyond our control.

We will make every effort to provide suitable alternatives of equal or better value.

No compensation will be provided for modifications made due to circumstances beyond our control.

You are responsible for ensuring you have valid passports, visas, and other required travel documents.

You must provide accurate information during booking and inform us of any medical conditions or dietary requirements.

You are expected to behave in a respectful manner towards guides, other travelers, and local communities.

You must follow safety instructions provided by our guides and adhere to local laws and customs.

Any damage to property or vehicles during the tour may result in additional charges.

Himalayan tours involve physical activity and may not be suitable for everyone. Please consult with your doctor before booking.

You participate in tours at your own risk. PahadYatra is not liable for injuries, illness, or accidents that may occur during the tour.

We strongly recommend purchasing comprehensive travel insurance that covers medical emergencies, trip cancellations, and personal belongings.

You must inform us of any pre-existing medical conditions that may affect your ability to participate in the tour.

PahadYatra acts as an intermediary between travelers and service providers (hotels, transportation, etc.).

We are not liable for delays, cancellations, or changes made by third-party service providers.

Our liability is limited to the amount paid for the tour package.

We are not responsible for loss or damage to personal belongings during the tour.

Force majeure events (natural disasters, political unrest, pandemics, etc.) are beyond our control and do not constitute grounds for compensation.

Photographs or videos taken during tours may be used by PahadYatra for marketing and promotional purposes.

If you do not wish to be included in promotional materials, please inform us in writing.

All content on the PahadYatra website, including text, images, logos, and design, is protected by copyright and trademark laws.

You may not reproduce, distribute, or use our content without written permission.

Any disputes arising from these Terms of Service or your use of our services will be governed by the laws of India.

We encourage you to contact us first to resolve any issues. If a resolution cannot be reached, disputes will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of courts in Uttarakhand, India.
